His warm, approachable presence allows him to connect easily with children and adults alike, fostering imagination, empathy, and joy.

As Artistic Director of McGee Productions, Randel brings more than three decades of experience working with children and the arts. He has served as an artist-in-residence with the California Arts Council and the Idaho Commission of the Arts, consulted with the California State Library System, and taught for CSU Fresno and the University of Phoenix (Fresno Extension). His internationally sold Paper Craft Fun for Holidays book series extends his creative influence beyond live performance, while his workshops, residencies, and mentoring—conducted for museums, schools, colleges, libraries, and arts councils—encourage participants of all ages to explore their talents with confidence and joy.
