Paul Strickland is a multi-award-winning professional storyteller and theater artist from Covington, KY.

Paul has told stories in every imaginable environment, from comedy clubs to elementary and middle schools, corporate events and even two prisons – where he was NOT an inmate at the time. More specifically, he has performed at the National Storytelling Festival Exchange Place, the Cave Run Storytelling Festival, Off-Broadway at the SOHO Playhouse, and will be a featured teller at the Timpanogos Storytelling Festival in 2023. Paul has well over 7 hours of unique family friendly stories in his repertoire and is always excited to adapt to whatever audience is in front of him.

He has led storytelling workshops all over the country and online (for the Tony-Award-Winning Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park, the Seattle Storytelling Guild, the Orlando Story Club, Oklahoma City University, Artists Standing Strong Together and many many others.)

Selections from his comedy performance “Levels of Difficulty” can be heard nearly every day on SiriusXM radio.

“What I valued most about Paul Strickland’s storytelling workshop was the emphasis on craft. Paul has a unique perspective, gads of experience and many applicable ideas regarding structure, pace, performance and more that took this workshop past simply ‘what story should I tell’ to a richer place of how we tell our stories effectively.” -Erica Reid, Former Director of Marketing – Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra
