John Adams – Founding Father and Education Advocate

Jeff Driggs brings fiery intellect and theatrical storytelling to his portrayal of John Adams—a revolutionary thinker, writer, and advocate for democracy, the rule of law, and public education. Jeff has acted and directed in community theatre since childhood and now serves as president of the Utah Storytelling Guild. He’s also deeply rooted in community service through organizations like the Sugar House Rotary Club and the Salt Lake City Arts Council.
Whether performing at Story Crossroads or mentoring students at the Columbus Adult Education Center, Jeff’s work reflects Adams’s legacy of civic responsibility and discourse. Paired with Everett Spencer’s Booker T. Washington, Jeff helps explore education as both a founding principle and an enduring promise.
