Finding the Heart of the Story: Crafting Historic Stories

Cost: Sliding Scale Tuition: $5 minimum, $25 suggested donation, on up to $50
How do you take an experience or historical incident, breathe life into it, and turn dry facts into a story? Participants will hear a historical story and then do some personal and small group work to explore their connection to the historic event on which they are working. Participants will hear some real life examples of traps to avoid, some tips on researching and shaping historical stories, and practical advice on practicing and breathing life into a story.
